1. Blue smoke from the exhaust pipe
First check whether the oil level of the oil is too high, because the oil level is too high, which can easily cause the oil to run up. When checking the oil level, do not check the engine just after the engine is stopped, and should be checked after 10 minutes of shutdown. If the oil level is too high, the excess oil should be released in time. If the oil level of the oil is normal, for the engine that has been used for a long time, check the cylinder compression pressure and the wear of the piston, the piston ring and the cylinder, which may increase the gap, and the increase in the gap will cause the oil to run up. After inspection, the cylinder pressure is lower than the specified value, and it should be further checked whether the piston is stuck with carbon deposits, worn out or even lost its elasticity. If the above situation occurs, the piston ring should be cleaned or replaced. When the cylinder barrel is seriously worn and the gap between the piston and the cylinder barrel exceeds the specified value, boring the cylinder and replacing the piston should be carried out.
For the engine that has just been overhauled or replaced the piston ring, the oil is often pumped up due to the wrong installation of the inner and outer cuts (or chamfers) of the piston ring. If the above situation occurs, the piston ring should be reinstalled.
2, the exhaust pipe emits black smoke
Check the concentration of the mixture. The first thing to do is to check the carburetor damper after the symptoms of the malfunction appear. When the engine is working normally, whether there is a phenomenon that the X longitudinal mechanism is stuck, fails and cannot be closed or opened, if so, it should be repaired or replaced. Secondly, it should also be checked: whether the oil level of the float chamber is too high; whether the float is leaking and cannot float; whether the main orifice needle valve is opened too much; whether the air filter is blocked, etc. After the engine is turned off, look at the main nozzle from the carburetor. If there is oil flowing out or dripping, it means that the oil level in the float chamber is too high. The tongue of the float should be properly bent upwards or an appropriate pad should be added under the needle valve. slice to adjust. Check the float, if there is rupture and oil leakage, it should be repaired or replaced by welding. Note that the weight of the float after welding and repairing will increase, and it must be re-adjusted during installation to ensure the normal liquid level. Check whether the triangular needle valve is not tightly sealed, and if so, it should be replaced. Check the oil filter, if there is any blockage, it should be cleaned or replaced.
Check for spark plug sparking. If the spark plug flashes weakly or abnormally, the mixed gas will not burn, and black smoke will appear. Unplug the spark plug, the spark is normal, and the spark is strong, indicating that the spark plug is not faulty; if the spark of the spark plug does not jump along the electrode, but the spark around the spark, it means that the spark plug is abnormal, and a new spark plug should be replaced; if the spark plug has carbon deposits Seriously, clean it up.
The engine exhaust is in the process of emitting black smoke. If there is a "sudden" sound and a "shooting" sound, it means that the ignition is too late. If the above situation occurs, correct it in time.
3. White smoke from the exhaust pipe
The white smoke from the exhaust pipe of the engine is mostly caused by the fact that the fuel can contain water in the cylinder and there is water vapor in the muffler. If there is white smoke all the time, it means that the fuel is not up to standard, and the fuel of good quality should be replaced. If it only emits white smoke at startup and disappears after normal operation, this problem is not a problem.
4. Insufficient power
